Andy Bedingfield is a husband, a father, a teacher, a scientist, an athlete, an outdoorsman, a cook, a musician, a passionate learner and a devotee of the growth mindset.
He loves learning, and he loves motivating young people to learn. His top goals for his students are for them to learn the skills and knowledge they need to be successful in college, to get and keep the job of their choice and to self identify as scientists for the rest of their lives.
He has two master's degrees: one in chemistry and one in education. He has ten years of experience working as a chemist in industry, and he has four years of experience teaching PhD and master's students. He has been teaching in middle and high school since 2014.
He has devoted himself to learning the neuroscience and psychology of learning and motivation so that he can create a fun, engaging and highly optimized learning environment for his students.
